S.T.E.P. Academics has been a leader in the community for providing supplemental testing support to students since 2003. S.T.E.P. Into Saturday School brought together students and their parents to study Math, Reading and Language Arts standards and test taking skills for 10 weeks prior to the exams. The benefits were tremendous and this approach gave parents the opportunity to work with their children in the classroom with their child's academic peers in the presence of certified subject and grade level teachers.

S.T.E.P. Academics is now introducing a strategy that will be extremely beneficial to Level 1 students called "Tutoring To The Target". This in-house, during school day, tutorial is capable of reaching the students that are consistently demonstrating through benchmark exams that they are likely not to pass the CRCT and who are heavily contributing to the school not making AYP.
