Our Program
S.T.E.P. Academics offers year-long homework assistance and tutoring to middle and high school students. This small group tutoring allows ample direct instruction time along with the guided practice to work independently.  University students are the paraprofessionals that support the direction of our certified staff offering the additional assistance as students master, with confidence, their tasks. Our paraprofessionals are also great mentors that students in the after school program easily relate to.
